SILA 2025: More Than Just an Event
SILA 2025 was honestly such a memorable experience. We went with the theme T.O.Y. S.T.O.R.Y.—not just because it sounds fun, but because it actually means something: Tools of Youth – Study, Think, Organize, Read, and Yearn to grow. We used Toy Story as the base, but we turned it into something deeper and more meaningful—something that reflected who we are as students still figuring things out.
The event wasn’t just about activities or games. It was about connecting with others, learning from each other, and thinking about what kind of people we want to become. Even though the days were full of laughter and good vibes, there were also a lot of little moments that reminded us how important it is to keep growing—not just academically, but personally.
Each group was named after a Toy Story character, which made everything feel light and playful. But behind the fun, there were powerful messages—about teamwork, leadership, and understanding one another. It didn’t feel like a school event. It felt like a community building itself.
As the OSIS (student council) representative and part of the core organizing team, I’m incredibly proud of how it turned out. SILA 2025 isn’t just something we’ll remember because it was fun—we’ll remember it because it meant something.
It reminded us that school is not just a place to study, but a place to grow together.
